Aclaración Sentencia.
Se solicita aclarar la sentencia T-529/1l, argumentando que en ella no se hace mención de los parámetros o lineamientos que se deben tener en cuenta por ECOPETROL, a efectos de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto como medida de protección dada la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la que es objeto el accionante.
La Sala encuentra que lo pretendido por el memorialista rebasa el propósito de la figura de la aclaración y en tal sentido DENIEGA la petición impetrada.
